Daniel Kalinowski
Daniel Kalinowski is an accomplished Senior Attorney at Grochow Law who takes immense pride in fighting for justice on behalf of his clients.
With his extensive experience in trial advocacy, Daniel has successfully represented numerous plaintiffs against large corporations in high-stakes litigation. His tenacious approach to litigation has led him to chair numerous trials to verdict in favor of his clients and earned him an impressive record. Of note, in 2022, Daniel played a key role as second chair in Smirnov v. Jaguar Land Rover North America, a consumer rights action, in which he assisted in obtaining a verdict of over $250,000 for his client. Notably, that same year, Daniel second chaired Moon v. American Honda Motor, Co., another consumer rights case, and helped secure a verdict in favor of his client for the maximum amount of damages allowed under the law.
In 2023, Daniel second chaired Mejia v. Ford Motor Co., a consumer rights case in Federal Court, wherein he assisted obtaining a verdict in favor of his client for the maximum amount of damages allowed under the law, further cementing his reputation as a highly effective trial attorney.
Before joining Grochow Law, Daniel was a Senior Attorney at a preeminent Los Angeles based law firm for several years representing individual plaintiffs against multi-billion dollar companies, specifically in the areas of consumer rights protection and mass tort litigation. Prior to that, he worked as an associate attorney at a boutique business litigation firm in Orange County.
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Irvine, graduating cum laude before obtaining his law degree from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. Daniel has been admitted to practice law in California since 2015. He has handled cases in state and federal courts as well as arbitrations throughout California. Daniel is licensed to practice in California and all United States District Courts throughout the state. He has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation from inception through trial.
In 2023, Daniel was selected to the 2023 Southern California Rising Stars List for Super Lawyers Magazine.
