Lauren Grochow
Lauren Grochow founded Grochow Law out of a desire to meet her client’s legal needs by focusing on their unique situations and goals. She spent nearly a decade practicing at top law firms, representing clients in a wide variety of subject matters and industries in both federal and state court. Lauren delivers “Big Law” proficiency and quality, but more efficiently, affordably, and personalized to each client.
Lauren has successfully represented clients through employment disputes, corporate governance disputes, partnership disputes, real estate disputes, class action lawsuits, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and intellectual property disputes. - Obtained a favorable settlement for a specialty staffing company in a corporate governance and executive compensation dispute after a complex merger.
- Advised employee and employer clients on a variety of issues, including employment handbooks and policies, wage and hour issues, accusations of discrimination and retaliation, and terminations.
- Successfully defended the owner of a coffee distributor against a lawsuit alleging breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
- Served as counsel for an aerospace company in a multimillion-dollar fraud and breach-of-contract lawsuit involving complex legal issues and highly technical facts.
- Reviewed and revised various purchase and intellectual property agreements for a variety of businesses.
- Assisted in litigation and settlement of a trade secret dispute on behalf of an aerospace innovator.

- Obtained a favorable settlement of a case for a disabled veteran against his former landlord who had discriminated against the veteran and sued him for exorbitant fees.
- Drafted impactful amicus brief on behalf of domestic violence survivor facing improperly ordered mutual restraining order.
